About Us
Homelessness and Addiction Recovery Treatment (HART) Hubs are a new way to support substance use health and housing stability in Ontario. Each Hub is designed to meet local needs.
How it came together
Planning for the Ottawa West HART Hub began with meaningful engagement. We met with people from a range of services, and lived and living experience. CAPSA’s expertise was central in shaping how our services are delivered. They helped us create compassionate care, stigma- and discrimination-informed practice, and to measure what matters.

Seven core partners lead service delivery
Pinecrest‑Queensway Community Health Centre (lead organization)
These core partners work alongside more than 20 partners, including Ottawa West Four Rivers Ontario Health Team and Ottawa Public Health.
